Scoil na Tríonóide, Newmarket

We recently completed the installation of a new sensory play area within the school yard of Scoil na Tríonóide in Newmarket, creating a safe and engaging space designed to support inclusive play and sensory development.

As part of this project, a section of the existing tarmacadam school yard was removed and replaced with our UV-stable blue EPDM wetpour rubber safety surface, providing a durable, impact-absorbing play surface that is both safe and visually vibrant.

The new play space includes a selection of sensory and interactive play equipment, including three sensory play panels, a spinning cup, and a rocker. These features are designed to encourage exploration, movement, and sensory engagement for children of all abilities.

To complete the area, we installed a 1.8 m high twin wire mesh fence around the perimeter, with a lockable gate, creating a secure and dedicated play environment for the students.

The finished sensory playground in Newmarket provides a colourful and inclusive outdoor space, and we hope the children of Scoil na Tríonóide will enjoy their new play area for many years to come.
