Canovee Playground

We were delighted to complete this exciting playground construction project in our local village, working with the local community association to create a modern, inclusive play space for children of all ages and abilities. The project also included the development of adjoining car parking facilities, ensuring safe and convenient access for families visiting the playground.

At the heart of the playground is a large multi play unit featuring multiple play levels, climbing activities, and an impressive spiral slide. The play area also includes a wide range of additional equipment such as springers, spinners, swings, a wheelchair-accessible roundabout, a toddler multi play unit, a see-saw, a trim trail and a variety of inclusive play panels. Together, these features provide opportunities for active, imaginative, and accessible play, creating a destination that the local community can enjoy for many years to come.

As with many greenfield developments, the project presented several challenges. Site conditions and prolonged periods of severe winter weather required careful planning and coordination throughout the construction process. Our experienced install team were battling against the harsh conditions almost every day of this project. Despite these challenges, the project was successfully delivered to a high standard, creating a valuable new amenity for the local community.

Although the playground was not opened as early as we had anticipated, we are delighted to see the playground officially open and being enjoyed by local children and families. With the gates now open just in time for the summer holidays, this fantastic facility is set to provide years of fun, activity, and inclusive play for the whole community to enjoy.
